Coaching, courses, and retreats offered by Jeevan Ki Paathshala are educational in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice from a licensed professional.
3. Enrolment, Payments & Refunds
Program details, pricing and refund windows are shared at the point of enrolment. Once a program has begun or digital content has been delivered, refunds are handled case-by-case in the spirit of fairness.
4. Community Guidelines
Our community is a safe, respectful space. Harassment, discrimination, spam, or breach of confidentiality is not tolerated and may lead to removal without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, curriculum, worksheets, recordings and materials remain the intellectual property of Jeevan Ki Paathshala. You may use them for personal growth, not for redistribution or commercial use.
6. Limitation of Liability
You engage in our programs voluntarily. Jeevan Ki Paathshala and its mentors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes of participation.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction.
